Job Title: Quantitative FoF Operations & Legal Compliance Intern

🎯 Who We Are Looking For (Mandatory Criteria)
⚠️ This position is open to Graduating Master's Students of 2026/2027 who meet the following core requirements:
Academic Background: Master of Laws (LL.M.), Juris Master (J.M.), or related majors in Economic Law (Graduates from 985/211 universities or top Hong Kong institutions like HKU, CUHK, HKUST are preferred).
Internship Experience (Strong Plus): Candidates with a combined background in both legal and traditional fund/FoF operations internships are strongly preferred.

Location & Attendance: Currently residing in Hong Kong or Shenzhen, with the ability to work on-site at least 4 days per week (fully remote work is not accepted).

Language Skills: English as a working language—proficient in reading English legal contracts, writing professional English emails, and independently completing complex English account opening forms.

📋 Responsibilities
1. Fund Operations & Cross-Border Coordination (50%)
Onboarding & Compliance: Assist with institutional account opening (onboarding) and KYC/KYB processes, liaising with top-tier global financial institutions.
Due Diligence (DD) Support: Assist in conducting Operational Due Diligence (ODD) on targeted underlying funds; collect, organize, and verify desk materials such as legal structures and compliance reports.
Desk Work & Administration: Organize and archive daily operations documents, account opening files, and meeting minutes to ensure a fully compliant audit trail.

Legal & Risk Control Support (50%)
Initial Review of Legal Documents: Under the guidance of the risk management team, assist in the initial review of core legal documents including NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements), PPMs (Private Placement Memorandums), LPAs (Limited Partnership Agreements), and Subscription Agreements.
Compliance Research: Assist the risk management team in tracking the latest laws, regulations, and regulatory trends regarding quantitative trading and asset management across major global financial hubs (particularly Hong Kong, Singapore, and the US).
